01 / Selected Work

Work across complex production systems and products built from the ground up.

Case 01
Modernizing a mature enterprise platform without stopping delivery.
01 / ENTERPRISE MODERNIZATION

Modernizing a mature enterprise platform without stopping delivery.

Legacy workflows → cleaner product architecture, serverless boundaries and incremental migration.

The Challenge

Modernize slow, tightly coupled legacy workflows while existing product areas continued serving users.

The Outcome

A cleaner foundation for responsive UX, independently scalable services, clearer ownership and safer incremental delivery.

Full-Stack · Next.js · Serverless · Event-Driven

Case 02
Making 28K+ live assets understandable in realtime.
02 / REALTIME SYSTEMS

Making 28K+ live assets understandable in realtime.

Event delivery, freshness, filtering, operational UX and failure states.

The Challenge

Turn continuously changing operational data into a product experience that stayed fresh, understandable and usable without overwhelming the interface.

The Outcome

A realtime experience where users could understand current state, filter quickly and act with greater confidence across 28K+ live assets.

Case 03
Keeping important things from quietly drifting out of attention.
03 / INDEPENDENT PRODUCT
Orbit

Keeping important things from quietly drifting out of attention.

From identifying the problem and shaping the product to architecture, payments and production.

The Challenge

Goals, projects, habits and ideas were scattered across notes, reminders, chats and memory — making important things quietly disappear from attention.

The Outcome

Took Orbit from an ambiguous personal problem to a production product — shaping the UX, data model, authentication, payments, security and cloud infrastructure end-to-end.

Case 04
Location-aware advertising and analytics at enterprise scale.
04 / ADTECH

Location-aware advertising and analytics at enterprise scale.

Targeting, campaign workflows, analytics and data-heavy experiences.

The Challenge

Bring multiple interconnected parts of a complex advertising platform — targeting, campaign workflows, data and analytics — together as one coherent product system.

The Outcome

Led engineering across a complex AdTech system, translating interconnected business workflows into coordinated product modules and production delivery.

AdTech · Analytics · Enterprise · Geospatial Engine

Case 05
Document intelligence that users can actually verify and trust.
05 / AI / RAG

Document intelligence that users can actually verify and trust.

PDF parsing, hybrid retrieval, citation-grounded answers and trust-first UX.

The Challenge

Insurance policy answers are spread across clauses, exclusions, limits and conditions — a simple AI answer without evidence is not enough.

The Outcome

Built a practical RAG workflow end-to-end: document ingestion, hybrid retrieval, citation-backed answers and a trust-first product experience.

02 / How I Can Help

When the product or system needs more than just another feature.

I work where product thinking, engineering and architecture overlap.

01 / MODERNIZE

Your product works. But it's getting harder to evolve.

Untangle monolithic workflows, establish clear service boundaries, and upgrade platform foundations without pausing feature delivery.

Legacy systemsMigrationArchitecturePerformance
02 / BUILD

You have the problem. Now it needs to become a product.

From ambiguous requirements and domain modeling to reactive UI, cloud infrastructure, and 0→1 production deployment.

03 / SCALE

The system works. But complexity is catching up.

Streamline high-frequency event flow, tune latency bottlenecks, improve data freshness, and build rock-solid operational UX.

04 / THINK THROUGH

You know something isn't working. The right solution isn't obvious yet.

Direct architectural advisory, deep-dive system diagnosis, product trade-off clarity, and actionable technical roadmaps.

03 / About

I like understanding the problem before choosing the technology.

I’m an engineer who enjoys working where product thinking and technical depth meet.

I like taking ambiguous problems, understanding what users actually need, simplifying the system around them, and carrying the solution far enough that it works reliably in production.

01 / START WITH THE PROBLEM

Understand before building.

Before architecture, frameworks or implementation, I want to understand who has the problem, why it matters, what constraints exist and what a good outcome actually looks like.

02 / THINK IN SYSTEMS

The feature is rarely the whole problem.

UX, APIs, data, infrastructure, reliability and operations influence one another. I try to understand those relationships before optimizing one piece in isolation.

03 / KEEP COMPLEXITY EARNED

Simple where possible. Robust where necessary.

I prefer clear boundaries, incremental architecture and practical engineering decisions over complexity added for its own sake.

04 / OWN THE OUTCOME

Shipping isn’t where responsibility ends.

Performance, failure states, observability, reliability and what users experience when something goes wrong are part of the product too.

Builder Outside the Job, Too

I build independent products to stay close to the entire journey — finding a problem, shaping the experience, making technical trade-offs, shipping it and learning from real usage.

That process keeps influencing how I approach larger engineering systems too.

04 / Insights & Writing

Notes from building products, debugging systems, and thinking through what makes software useful.

I write about the engineering decisions that sit behind product experiences — from realtime systems and performance to AI, UX and architecture.
